Upon visiting Opal, I found the room spacious and clean, with a lovely view. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, offering a taste of local cuisine. The location is convenient, just a short stroll from the central street and amusement park. Although the amenities were satisfactory, I couldn't help but notice the absence of certain features like a paid shuttle service or additional facilities like ironing services. This may not bother everyone, but for a luxury stay, these offerings are expected. On the upside, the seasonal outdoor pool was a treat, perfect for relaxation. While the hotel does offer a pleasant experience, those looking for added luxuries might need to consider if the price aligns with what's provided. Opal is a solid choice for a comfortable stay, especially for those content with basic amenities.
